YOU CONSIDER RENTING YOUR HOUSE THROUGH FRANCEVILLA?
How does it work?
1. FIRST CONTACT AND / OR VISIT
First, we do like to visit the property before we add it to our books, this ables us to get a feel for the location and for your home, so that we can speak about your home with love. As we have lived in the area we know a lot about different locations and local customs and we have a very special feeling for the “Périgord”.
After having visited your house we will give you a free quote, an adivsory rental price for your house. Francevilla will put a margin between 10 and 20% on top of this price, but all this is flexible according to the rental market the moment.
2. CONTRACT
If you agree with our conditions we will make up a contract with you called a Mandate. This can be either exclusive or not on an exclusive basis. Exclusive contracts are usually made out until the 1st of April and only for the high seasonal weeks. For every booking after this mandate you will get a confirmation/contract by email in which all details of the booking/client are mentioned.

• Francevilla gives 5,- € with every booking to a Charity, mentioned on the new website
• Francevilla aims for a paper-less office and works Eco-Friendly

• We have a new item on our website: an interview with a client about a house, or an interview with an owner about a client – every week a personal story on the website, your house gets extra attention

Dear Lydia,
Thanks for the note. I am pleased with the volume of rentals we have had for the summer season this year, which for us extended from June through mid-September. I am happy to maintain the rental prices as advertised and would not consider reducing.
